• In order to qualify for the group rate,
  reservations must be made by February 1, 2009.
• The hotel requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total room and tax at the time of booking. Advance deposit will be applied to the balance due upon check out.
• Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to guest arrival will be assessed a charge of one night’s room and tax
• The hotel will assess an Early Guest Departure Fee of 50% of the room rate should the guest find it necessary to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date.
