Most charts in Interprise Suite are customizable at runtime. To view the chart options, right-click on an area in the graph.
The example shown below is a chart from the Aged Debt Analysis.

The following are the options and their descriptions and
instructions.
How to: Do the following:
Display the data grid
To display a data grid with values represented in the chart,
right-click on the chart and select Data Grid.
Change the chart type
To change the chart type of the current chart view,
right-click and select Gallery. Various chart types will be
displayed. Select a chart type to change the appearance of the
chart.
Display the legend box
To display the legend box indicating the colors used in
representing a portion in the graph, right-click on the chart and
select Legend Box.
Change background color
To change the background color of the chart, right-click on
the chart area and select Color. A color palette will display.
Select a color in the palette to set as the background color.
Add chart title To add a label or description for the chart,
right-click on the chart area and select Edit Title. Type in the
desired label for the chart.
Show point labels To show/hide the point labels in the chart,
right-click on the chart area and click on Point Labels to show or
hide.
Change the font style To change the font style of the chart
label, point label or legends, right-click on the chart area and
select Font…. The Font Formatting window will display.
Modify chart properties For more customization options,
view the Properties window. Right-click on the chart area and
select Properties. The following are the tabs in the Properties
window and their uses:
a. General tab – this tab has options to modify the general
appearance of the chart. The following are the sections in the
General tab.
• Color – has options that allow you to select from a color
palette for the color scheme to use in the chart portions and the
chart background.
• 3D – has options to show the chart in 3D or set the 3D angle
manually.
• Effects – has options to apply chart effects such as
stacking and axes type. You can also apply anti-aliasing to make
the font appear crisp.
b. Series tab – has options to modify the overall chart
appearance
• Gallery – this option allows you to select a chart type
• Border – this option allows you to configure the border of
the graph
• Fill – this option allows you to configure the fill
properties for the chart portion
c. Y-Axis tab – has options to modify the scaling and grid
lines
• Scales – this option allows you to set the scaling of the
chart
• Grid Lines and Tick Marks – this option allows you to
configure the grid lines and tick marks that appear in the
graph
• Labels – this option allows you to set the angle for the
labels and choose to display the labels in a staggered manner.
Use the chart toolbar To view the chart toolbar,
right-click on the chart area and select Toolbar. The chart toolbar
appears above the chart area. Most of the toolbar options are
similar to the right-click menu.
Save/Load the customizations a. To save the
customizations done to the chart, click on Personalized Charts from
the chart toolbar. Select Save My Chart.
b. To load a saved chart, click on Personalized Charts from
the chart toolbar. Select Load My Chart.
Restore default To restore the default appearance of the chart, click on Personalized Charts from the chart toolbar. Select Restore Defaults.
Copy the chart image as bitmap or metafile To copy the chart as a bitmap or metafile, click on Copy to Clipboard from the chart toolbar. Select whether to copy as a bitmap, metafile or as text (data only).
Print the chart To print the chart, click on Print… button from the chart toolbar. The Print Dialog window will display. Note that only the chart section is printed.
