Introduction About:

 

A – Quick access field to move to other tasks
B – Create new transaction
C – Saving options
D – Undo changes
E – Find similar records
F – Print document
G – View details of the current customer H – Void a transaction
I – “Import…” – used to instantly import a transaction and merge the details into the new transaction (e.g. Import Sales Quote to a new Sales Order)
J – “Convert to” – used to instantly convert the transaction into another (e.g. Sales Order to Sales Invoice)
K – To create a special purchase order transaction. The purchase order transaction then flows to the Supplier module.
L – To duplicate the transaction record if the same order was made by the customer
