About:
A word processor area where you can write down notes is integrated in a number of forms in Interprise Suite. The toolbar options in the Word Processor area are as follows:
Font Formatting
- Font Style - Changes the font style of the highlighted text
- Font Size - Changes the text size of the highlighted text
- Font Color - Changes the font color of the highlighted text
- Bold, Italic and Underline - Changes the highlighted text to Bold, Italic or Underlined.
Insert
- Images - Insert images of the following types: bitmap, jpeg, png, tif, wmf and gif
- Tables - Insert basic table
- Hyperlinks - Insert hyperlinks
- Bullets and Numbering - Insert bullets or numbering to selected text
Spelling and Grammar
- Spell Check - Spell check with spelling suggestions and options to add to dictionary or ignore. Note that adding words to the dictionary only works in a per machine basis and not on per user.
- Autocorrect - Loads the autocorrect dictionary that lists commonly misspelled words and their corrections
Paragraph and Alignment
- Alignment - Changes the orientation of the highlighted text. The options are Left, Center and Right.
- Tabbing - Insert tabs before the text.
Print Options
- Print Preview - Shows the print preview of the document.
- Print - Shows the print dialog window with options to change the page orientation, number of copies and destination printer before printing the document.
Other Options
- Find - Shows the search pop up used in searching for words in the document
- Zoom - Shows options to zoom in and zoom out the document.
- Copy, Cut and Paste - Allows you to copy and paste text, images, or tables into the word processor area.
- Undo/Redo - Allows you to undo or redo changes made to the document
- Open - Allows you to open document files of the following formats: RTF, Word, HTML, and XML.
