Introduction About:

System Preferences allows you to set general preferences to Interprise Suite.

 

Terminology Steps:
Configure System Preferences

  1. From the Company Preference screen of the New Company Wizard, click on the Edit button. Or, go to the System Manager module and select Preferences under the Setup menu. The Preferences form will display.
  2. The following are the settings in the System Preference and their descriptions:


General Settings  - General preferences for Interprise Suite

  • Enable Audit Trail
    When checked, the audit trail will be enabled and would log the changes made in the records. To view the audit trail, click on the View Log button. You can also view the audit trail from the Audit Trail menu of the System Manager module.
  • Enable Text case Formatting
    When checked, the selected case formatting will apply to the input fields. The options are Normal Case, Title Case, UPPER CASE and lower case.
  • Company Skin
    You may select a default company skin to use. All users in Interprise Suite will view Interprise Suite in the default skin.

 

Search - Settings for search screens in Interprise Suite 

  • Allow automatic filtering of current field data 
    When checked, you may enter the default number of records to search in all search screens and pulldown lists in Interprise Suite. To make your search faster, enter a lower number of records to search, e.g. 10.


Exception Setup – Settings for exception and error management 

  • Log To  
    Options to log system and transactions exceptions are: Database, XML and Event Log
  • XML Log File Location 
    Specify the location where the XML log files are kept. Click on the ellipsis button to browse for a new location.
  • Maximum limit MB
    Specify the maximum size limit (in MB) to log.
  • Send all error logs to vendor through email  
    Click on Send button to send the error log to support@interprisesolutions.com 
     

Company Fax - Setup fax account in InterFAX

  • Register for an InterFAX account 
    A link is available for registering for an InterFAX account online. Registration is required prior to using the fax feature in Interprise Suite. 
  • Fax Server Provider
    After registering, enter Fax Server Provider to enable the fax feature in Interprise Suite.
