Create new chart of accounts

Note: If you set up your chart of accounts previously in the New Company Wizard, creating a new chart of accounts would overwrite the previous one you created.

  1. Go to the Accounting Module.
  2. Select Account Code under the New menu. The Chart of Accounts Wizard will display.
  3. Click Next in the first screen of the wizard.
  4. In the options to create you chart of accounts select:
    1. Copy from an accounts template
      To copy from existing account template.
    2. Define each account code
      To define your account codes.
