Interprise Suite contains the Financial modules which can be accessed from the main menu and a number of special integrated modules which supplement the Financials modules. A number of add-on modules can also be purchased to perform more specialized business functions.

 

Included Modules

  • CRM (Contact Relations Manager) – Campaigns, Activities, Service Requests, Leads, Prospects, Sales Opportunities, Marketing and other contact related tasks.
  • Customer – Sales Orders and Invoices, Returns, Accounts Receivable, Customer Detail  forms, and other customer related tasks
  • Supplier – Purchase Orders, Receipts, Bills, Accounts Payable, Supplier detail forms and other supplier related tasks
  • Inventory – Inventory Items and Warehouse Maintenance forms, and other Inventory tasks
  • Banking – Bank Deposits, Withdrawals, Reconciliations and Company Credit Cards and other banking tasks
  • Accounting - General Ledger, Journals, Account Maintenance forms and other accounting tasks
  • System Manager – Company Setup Information, Database Management
