Introduction About:

Budget Split Tables allocate the percent values across the accounting fiscal period. This is ideal for seasonal businesses.

Terminology Steps:

Create New Budget Split Tables

  1. Go to the Accounting module.
  2. Select Budget Split Table under the Setup menu. The Budget Split Table setup form will display.
  3. Enter a Split Table Code and Description.
  4. Select the Fiscal Year to which it will apply. The grid below will be populated with the accounting fiscal periods. 
  5. Specify the budget percent allotted for each period in the Percent (%) column. The values must sum up to 100% otherwise the system will not let you save.
  6. Save before closing the Budget Split Table form.

  1. Go to the Accounting module.
  2. Select Budget Split Table under the Setup menu. The Budget Split Table setup form will display.
  3. Edit the details as necessary and save before closing the form.
