If the user is allowed to send fax using InterFAX Web Services, you can set up his fax account in the System Preferences form in the System Manage module.
Note:
Interprise Suite requires registering for a fax account at InterFAX
to be able to use the fax feature. You may register for a company
fax account and personal fax account for user allowed to
send/receive fax messages.
Steps:
- Select Preferences under the Setup menu of the System Manager module. The Preferences form will display.
- Click on the link to register a new fax account to InterFAX. Change the default fax service provider if required. Take note of the reminders in the form.
