 2008 - Taylor Acquisition - Letter from Interprise Solutions President


Dear Customers and Partners,

I am proud to announce that on April 18th, 2008 Interprise Software Systems International, Inc. (Interprise Solutions), Interprise Solutions North America LLC and Interprise Connected Business Partners, Inc. was acquired by the Services and Technology Division of the Taylor Corporation. As part of that transaction, Interprise Solutions LLP entered into a long term agreement to be the exclusive distributor of Interprise Solutions in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland regions.

All of us here at Interprise Solutions believe this acquisition will be a very positive development for our customers and partners. Taylor Corporation is Forbes Private 200 company with over 100 subsidiaries and 14,000 employees worldwide. A leading provider of business and personal communications products, technologies and services, Taylor Corporation provides products and services to over 3,000,000 small businesses and consumers and the majority of the Fortune 500.

As part of the Services and Technology Division of the Taylor Corporation, Interprise Solutions will have access to significantly more resources and expertise than before. This will allow us to improve our products, provide better service, and expand into new markets. Equally important, Taylor Corporation's long standing practice to build companies to keep them will allow our management to focus on our customers' needs instead of "exit strategies," giving Interprise Solutions a level of long term stability that our "self funded" or "venture capital backed" competitors cannot match.

Our Management has already begun taking steps to make Interprise Solutions a more competitive company. A complete corporate reorganization is currently underway that will streamline the operations of the company and a new "platform division" has been established that is dedicated to enhancing and extending our revolutionary Connected Business Platform. Already we have nearly doubled our staff and we are on track to triple our staff within the next 45 days. To accommodate the growth our Manila, Philippines operations moved into a new facility on April 21st and both our Cebu, Philippines and Los Angeles, California operations are expected to move to new facilities in the coming months. A new office in Mankato, Minnesota has been established and will serve as the new corporate headquarters.

One thing that is not changing is the Interprise Solutions vision of becoming the leader in platform driven, eBusiness business applications. With all of our U.S. and Philippine based staff staying on board, together with the additional resources available to us as part of the Services and Technology Division of Taylor Corporation, Interprise Solutions now has the resources to turn that vision into reality.

As with any company experiencing a high growth phase, it is possible that your technical support experience may vary over the next few months as experienced personnel will be working to train new hires and new hires will be working to resolve customer issues for the first time. We appreciate your patience and understand during this time as we work to create a world class support operation.
